Artwork Description • 

Midnight River is a digital drawing and is part of my artwork all of which nature is the source of inspiration for. I was reading a book on the history of India (that’s where I am from!) and realizing just how important rivers and other bodies of water have been for the development of human civilization inspired me to draw this piece. I hope artworks about nature can be subtle reminders for people in their homes of our relation with nature. A relation that works both ways and requires as much as giving in return of all the taking that humans do.
