As the benefits of the creative application of digital technologies are often hidden, this exhibition will illuminate the variety of contexts and settings in which they are being used in educational practice. How has the digital encouraged new means of creative expression in the practices of design, aesthetics and coding? What affordances have evolutions in the digital realm provided for teaching and learning? Which digital skills support creativity? And which creative strategies are best suited to digital innovation? As a means to initiate dialogue, share inspiration and outline emergent thematics, Defining the Digital: At the Intersection of Creativity and Digital Technology will bring the creative digital practices of Humber faculty into the public sphere.
