In partnership with Siemens Canada we're excited to announce the winners from the first Siemens Art Call!
We asked students to create artworks that spoke to the theme of Technology with Purpose and what it means to them. How can technology shape our collective future? What role does technology play in the transformation of our society and economy? How can we solve tomorrow’s challenges by using technology? We received many amazing artworks by students from across various Humber College programs and we couldn't have asked for a better response and showcase of the talent and creativity of Humber students.
After much deliberation from our judging panel, three works were selected as the winners for this year's call:
Blueprint of Our Future by Cindy Lam
Through the Touch of Technology by Rubie Rose Rumbaoa
The Road We Build by Aleksandra Volkova
These artworks will become a part of the Siemens Canada's Corporate Art Collection and displayed in their head offices.
